Our bookings close 6pm Thursday before the coming weekends for delivery and collections of Graze Platters. This is subject to availability.
For any Graze Tables this will need to be a minimum of 14 days in advance.
We will always do our best for any last minute plans so reach out to us via our booking page.
Any orders are subject to availability book early to avoid disappointment.

We offer a free collection service.
All platters must be paid for in full at the time of booking, when booking a table a deposit will be arranged, the full balance must be paid 3 days prior to your of booking

We are open Friday evenings 6pm-10pm Weekends and Bank Holidays 9am-6pm. We can cater outside these hours on request with min spends
Yes we can, but we advise you to refer to our allergens section on our Terms & Conditions. Although we will do our best to ensure your order is allergen free, we do not work in an allergen free kitchen.

For Graze Boxes & Platter deliveries you will be sent a reminder notification between 24-48 hours before And your graze box delivery will arrive between the given/requested time 10am-2pm or 2pm-6pm.
For Graze Box & Platter collection, you will be asked to arrive at a specific time and a member of the team will bring your Box or Platter to you at outside our HQ
We required a minimum of 60-90 minutes to fully install your bespoke Graze Table. And parking is required on site.
Our team will arrive at the booking location in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as a health ands safety precaution
Our team will dispose of any waste as a result of the installation.
Yes, we are fully insured to prepare, deliver and install.
We are registered with the local authority to operate as a catering business. We also hold a 5* food hygiene certificate from the Food Standards Agency.
All staff are qualified in Level 2 Food Safety.
