All Graze orders are unique and will vary per order.
Please note from 1st June 2023 the style of our graze platters will be changing slightly due to supplier change.
The graze will remain exactly the same as prior but with a slightly different style of platter board.
We require a minimum of 60-90 minutes to fully install your bespoke Graze Table.
Our team will arrive at the booking location in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as a health and safety precaution, to ensure the safety and wellbeing to yourself and guests.
Parking is required on-site
Ensure your graze table is correct when booking via the name or description from our linked price list as we have a variation of styles. It is down to each consumer/purchaser to check our price list before requesting any particular graze table. We hold no responsibility if your request at time of booking is incorrect to our Price List
All Graze Tables are unique and will vary per order.
Please note, due to high demand your booking will only be confirmed once payment/deposit has been paid, if only deposit is paid, your full balance must be paid 7 working days before your table booking.
We are fully insured and covered to set up in third party venues, however please ensure you check with the venues that they allow external catering teams. Once the deposit is paid this is non refundable should a venue refuse a thid party caterer your deposit will be lost and not refunded.

The Graze Guys accepts no responsibility or liability for reactions or adverse effects resulting from food allergens.
All of our produce is locally sourced and elements are subject to seasonal availability.
Following the installation of your Graze Table, we do not collect or dispose of any waste left after the installation team has left the booking venue. The responsibility to dispose of leftover waste is that of the customer.
Your Graze Table, Box or Platter is best consumed on the same day
Payment is required to be made in full at the time of booking any Graze Platter, and a delivery charge will be applied subject to location. Graze Tables will require a deposit and payment made in full 5 working days before your table booking. At the time of booking we require a deposit minimum of 50%. The payment amount is at your discretion above the 50% Once the first payment is made, this will be considered as a non refundable deposit.
You will receive a confirmation of your booking once payment is received in full. Any correspondence before full payment is made does not constitute a written confirmation of your booking
We understand that circumstances mean that you may need to cancel your booking.
We operate a cancellation policy to protect our small business which is detailed below.
Graze Table
Graze Table cancellation made under 14 days before your booking date - First payment or deposit is cancellation fee, at this stage the booking will be non transferable and deposit or first payment made will be lost
Graze Tables bookings given more than 14 days notice before your booking date - This deposit or first payment is transferable to another date. Please note that the full payment agreed at the initial booking must be paid in full for us to commence with the graze table set up at a future date. We are unable to cater days that we are closed as an alternative transferable date.
Graze Table cancellations made under 7 days before your booking once full payment is made - This will be non refundable and non-transferable
Graze Platters
Graze Platter sales are all final. With more than 7 days notice the graze platters are transferable to another date.
Graze Platter cancellations under 7 days are non refundable and non transferable.
Graze Platter cancellations made for Graze Platters your payment will not be refunded.
Platters may occasionally vary in size but contents of what you have ordered will always remain the same.
Should at any point we fail to deliver or install your Graze booking you will be fully refunded any monies paid.
Any deposit that you wish to move given the appropriate notice as stated above, the commencement date must be a day that we are open and have availability.
We offer outdoor graze table/platter set ups. Please be mindful that your graze is therefore exposed to the elements & nature which is out of our control.
We do advise indoor graze table/platter set ups but this is at the customers risk should you choose to request an outdoor set up. We do not offer refunds for any food spoiled due to weather effects or nature effects when graze is set up outdoors.
For any outdoor graze set ups - This is down to customer to provide adequate coverings should this be needed.
Should The Graze Guys be unable to fulfil your order for collection, delivery or installation you will be fully refunded.
If you fail to collect your order you will not be refunded
If you fail to accept a delivery or installation you will not be refunded
